About The Artist
I am Fatemeh Haghnejad, BlueBirdy. I am an illustrator and character designer. I create illustrations for picture books, magazines, games and I also design character for animations.
I love experimenting with traditional materials and you can see me painting digitally from time to time. I use an array of media including acrylic, gouache, ink, and colored pencil.
My husband Even and I are living and sharing a studio with our two beloved cats, Pixie and Vicky in Oslo, Norway.
